 There is a change afoot – a shift happening. What is it?

 CHEVAL:  For too long now have you dwelt in the house of fear. Yet I have always said to you, “Fear not, for my strength shall lead thee and through mine eyes shall you see peace in your world.”  But in your pain, you could not see, through your distractions, you could not listen. Your ears have been opened, your eyes aligned, your faith tested and even your mind has been stilled. It is not for you to question this- but simply wait in the peace and beauty of this and each present moment. There is no past, you only thought you brought it with you – and only in your doing this have you given it life. Every day I remember for you the beauty of who you are and everyday I send my messenger, the voice of the Holy Spirit, to calm your anxious mind. You have feared and suffered much. But now as I watch you grow closer to me, I see that finally you remember who you are.

I know you sense my presence in each passing moment. I encourage your stomach to not churn over perceived realities and cause you suffering. This is good, you are drawing closer and always remember that it is YOU who must draw closer, for I have never left.

Your magnitude and potential has been held by me in a hologram of light that you only needed to step into to be on course.

Many years have you hidden, many moments have you been frozen with fear and made real the tragedy in your life. End this now. I know that you feel my love, light and strength more than ever. Take this power and yield it through the heart-place of your mind to assist yourself and others on their journey. Follow me, my path will not fail you for on this path you cannot be lost.

I welcome you to your rightful home. Do my work, write my words, speak my Mind and let the world see me through you. I know there is a tiny child within you who is frightened of being seen.  But allow her to been seen through me eyes and her fear will be stilled.

 What about the health of the human body in general

Cheval:  Your studies with me have progressed to the point where you understand that your mind creates your body. Still must you understand that your mind creates every level of every response from your body.  It is the smaller holograms of the large images that you are not communicating with. This is hard for you and I understand why. Your inner vision is often clouded and under immense pressure. At times it is all you can do to cope with demands of man’s society. Many of the images that would give you courage and strength are crushed and fractured within your mind and the answers I give you are buried under these folds in your mind’s fabric.

I wait for you to come to the place of trust in me regarding my concern and my wish to nurture you. While you know of this, still your heart does not trust in me. You know me, but you do not allow yourself to completely surrender into love for me, for always have I known and loved you. I understand the excruciating weight that you carry and I urge you to physically strengthen your body for this is the last wall of your mind. Your body appears as your wall, yet your wall is really your mind. Break free from this and watch your wall disintegrate. Your mind is under constant pressure from your thoughts, you fear being crushed yet you crush yourself constantly with every negative though that you generate.

It would be of value for you to remember, that the programming of the whole is determined by the parts that make up the whole. Consider that you are not a body that can be broken down into fragments, but a body that has generated itself into being.  It is driven by fragments of consciousness and the infinite awareness of a soul that seeks to experience the world and be in communion with God. Everything beautiful, peaceful, loving and majestic exists for you to experience in relationship with me. If your experiences are driven by fear, lack, worry and pain then they are driven by you – not by me. Step aside then for thus can circumstances be set into order by the true master – and the true master is me, your true body is a ship with me at the helm.

In asking you to relinquish your ego I ask not for you to relinquish control for control does not exist. Therefore I ask that you give up the illusion and nothing more. Be centered upon yourself for your-self is God. Listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and take comfort in the words spoken from the heart of God. Mankind only struggles with the concept of God because man has made me in his image – cruel, impatient, punitive, black and white and a place of consequence instead of a haven of refuge. Remember the truth, that I made you in my image and do not forget that this image is the face of Love.

 Suzanne asks: Am I lost or found? What is going on with my intimate relationship?Am I losing my inner strength

Cheval:  Christ says clearly that he who is lost shall be found. What does this mean? It means that God truly finds YOU, the true YOU, when you are at the point of losing yourself, your ego self. This is because, over a lifetime, while you learn and gain, a balance must be sought through surrender and loss.

You cannot retain aspects of your false self, your coping self, your personality, if you seek to find yourself. You must lose these. You are an extension of God, a piece of God and what blinds you to his face are all of your projected ego selves which you hired throughout your earlier wounded life to protect you. This is what you must  give up.

When no aspect of your false self lingers to seek approval, covet perfection to get love, or seek to control in order to feel safe, then you begin to find your true self. Seek to lose your self, and then will you find your SELF, your God SELF.  It is this part of you that is the true self and the only part worth saving. This loss feels incredibly real on your plane because of your attachment to others, attachment to things and addictions to certain feelings.

Control is an addiction and while it is used to incur safety and ensure you are not abandoned, it is the very thing that pushes your loved ones away. It comes down to trust – trust in ME and trust that you are of ME in order to give up the need to control others – give up the “need to know” as opposed to the search of knowledge. One is about control, and the other is about learning.

You fear being left so you leave. You need to know but must now seek to find instead. Your partner has felt this need to know, felt this control and has moved away to create safe distance. Yet he will always set you up and expect this of you until he learns to give up his own covert, passive side of this dance. But that is not your concern. When you begin to see your true self, beyond your self doubt, self-judgment and insecurity, you will find the love you seek from me – from within. Another’s love is not enough for you cannot feel their love for you. You cannot feel their love – but simply the heightened awareness of love’s presence when you are with them. If deep down you do not believe that you deserve this gift of love’s presence from me, you will then manipulate to GET the love you want from others – even though love is there inside, hidden from your view. I do not hide from you, you hide yourself from me by hiding aspects of your nature that you fear that God will judge you for. Therefore you fear annihilation as you think that I would destroy you if I “only knew” the real you. But since you are God and I know myself, I know all aspects of you. I do not judge you, you judge yourself.

Your relationship is shifting form and the comfort will be found from finding your source of love and showing up differently within this relationship. All that is lacking is what you are not giving and perhaps YOU, are what is happening to the relationship. Remember that he is your mirror and is therefore your valuable teacher. As a student, humbly ask where you are not willing to receive the love that you seek.

At this time, you feel your most lost, know that your ego mind is very frightened about letting go of the false self you have clung to for a lifetime.  Yes you are losing inner strength right now. This is partly because you are fighting to not give things up. This places a drain on your system as you protect a battleground where the war is long over and the soldiers should go home. Fighting unnecessary battles weakens your immune system and supplements that support your liver and boost your immune system are of value now.

Be humble and yielding and do not fight to hang onto what you fear losing, but know you must lose it in its present form in order to find it again in its new and proper form. This is because the present form is not working for you.  Your inner true self is emerging and it feels frightening to have such openness and such greatness. Humility is the awareness of how great we are and not the belief that we are less than others or less than God. You are others – there is no separation. Only the ego would have you believe that you and your husband are separate now because it provides evidence to this illusion. It is vital to seek for the love that was given.
